Pitching
We will… reach out to relevant brands on your behalf with our extensive database that constantly updates by our team. When we have secured a deal with a reasonable rates, which are discussed before you sign to us, we will run the collaboration details by you where you will have the final decision on whether you want to move forward.
Transparency
We will… always be transparent with you on every aspects of your account, including what brands we are pitching out on your behalf, adjustment on your content rates, and how *current situation are affecting influencers. *For example, DollsKill and SHEIN scandals, travel sponsorships during COVID-19, #blackouttuesday, Facebook Boycott, etc.
Inbox Management
We will… handle your inbox inquiries sent by brands or scams WITHOUT your logins. You will simply forward the email to us and we will negotiate, reject, or trash them. We have seen Shopify “dropshippers” scamming influencers by offering a cheaper version of popular products to be sponsored on your page. This will no longer happen to you.
No Micromanaging
We will… never control what you post, say, or do. Unlike some agencies, we do not own your logins to any of your accounts and post on your behalf. We just ask that you keep all of your actions socially-conscious and they should represent your best self. The only “rules” that you would have to follow would be the content guidelines and talking points sent by the brands for partnerships.
Exclusive/Non-exclusive
We have… both exclusive/non-exclusive contracts. Exclusive contract is more suited for those without an agency. Non-exclusive contract contract is more suited for those already signed to one, whether that is a talent, modeling, or management agency. Both are essentially meant to bring you extra income and to help you build relationships with brands. We just take a small portion of partnerships or deals secured by us only.
Fast Responses
We will… always respond to your messages as soon as we are available. When partnered with us, a team member of AJMA along with one of our founders will be in a group chat with you, answering any questions or concerns that you might have.
